Refund Policy

Welcome to Ko-Khawan. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds related to the use of the Ko-Khawan mobile application and related services.

1. General Policy

Ko-Khawan primarily serves as an informational and member-access platform for koperasi members to view savings information, updates, contribution records, and related member services.

All transactions, contributions, savings, and koperasi-related financial activities are subject to the policies, approvals, and management decisions of the respective koperasi.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Unless otherwise stated by the koperasi, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Membership registration fees
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Savings contributions already processed
  • Subscription or service-related charges
  • Any completed or approved financial transaction

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental duplicate transaction
  • Incorrect transaction amount caused by system error
  • Unauthorized transaction subject to verification
  • Technical issues resulting in unsuccessful transaction processing but payment deduction occurred

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the koperasi and/or the relevant payment provider.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, members must contact the koperasi administration or support team with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Registered mobile number or member ID
  • Transaction reference number
  • Date and amount of transaction
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents or payment proof (if applicable)

Incomplete requests may result in delays or rejection.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 7 to 14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment channel, financial institution, or internal verification process.

Processing timelines may vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Koperasi Decisions and Responsibilities

All savings returns, payouts, member benefits, or financial distributions are solely determined and managed by the koperasi.

Ko-Khawan does not guarantee any financial return, payout amount, or distribution schedule and shall not be responsible for refund requests related to koperasi decisions or financial performance.

7. Right to Reject Refunds

Ko-Khawan and/or the koperasi reserve the right to reject refund requests that:

  • Violate koperasi policies
  • Contain incomplete or inaccurate information
  • Are suspected to involve fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
  • Relate to completed and valid transactions

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update or revise this Refund Policy from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Binding with KKW Nomination Declaration and T&C Acknowledgement

This Refund Policy is read together with, and forms an integral part of, the Ko-Khawan (KKW) Nomination Declaration and T&C Acknowledgement). In the event of any conflict, the KKW T&C shall prevail except where this Refund Policy provides more specific terms. Acceptance of the KKW T&C constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy
