Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Ko-Khawan Khazanah Usahawan (Ko-Khawan) Berhad (“Ko-Khawan”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Ko-Khawan website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
Ko-Khawan operates as a co-operative society and provides a digital platform that enables members to access and view their membership details, specific savings information and announcements.
The Platform is intended for informational and reference purposes. Certain financial activities, including specific savings, withdrawals, and return payouts, are administered by Ko-Khawan in accordance with its policies and may be conducted outside of the Platform.
2. Eligibility
Access to the Platform is restricted to registered members of Ko-Khawan.
Ko-Khawan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at any time without prior notice.
3. User Account and Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify Ko-Khawan immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
4. Specific Savings Information
Information relating to your specific savings and return payouts are made available through the Platform for your reference.
Returns payout are made by Ko-Khawan in accordance with its internal policies and applicable regulations.
While Ko-Khawan makes reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is accurate and up to date, Ko-Khawan does not guarantee that all information is always complete, accurate, or current.
Members are advised to contact Ko-Khawan directly for official records and confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents, trademarks, logos, software, and materials available on the Platform are the property of Ko-Khawan or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.
All contents on the Platform are protected by applicable laws, and any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ko-Khawan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:
- your use of or inability to use the Platform
- any inaccuracies or delays in the information provided
- any decisions made based on the information available
Ko-Khawan does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Suspension and Termination
Ko-Khawan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if:

- you engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities
- your actions may harm the Platform or other users
